This Privacy Policy describes how Ventura Associates International LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information collected through sweepspros.com (the “Site”).

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to visitors to this Site, and does not apply to personal information that we collect on behalf of our clients in order to provide our promotion and marketing services.

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) that we collect and process on behalf of our clients (or PII that clients have collected directly) to provide our promotion and marketing services is subject to that client’s privacy policy.  It is used only to carry out our contracted business services, such as performing random drawings and other administrative tasks in accordance with our contractual agreements with our clients. A client’s data at all times remains the property of the sponsor(s). It is used by us only for the promotion for which it was provided.
